The standard South African Mantra is "Crime is out of control! Why doesn't the government do something?"
Yet a large majority of South Africans are guilty of breaking the law daily on our Roads! However, as South Africans, we are a complacent bunch, we shrug our shoulders and use the excuse that we are not murdering, raping or pillaging??? Really?
Changing lanes without indicating? Driving in the emergency lane? Exceeding the speed limit? These have no risks in potentially killing or maiming someone? Sadly some are more guilty than others and it is these that I wish to expose as the general attitude is one of entitlement.
Unfortunately our government officials see little in breaking these laws themselves. The blue light brigade can be seen almost daily whizzing between lanes, emergency lane included, sirens and lights blaring. But their attitude is "Do as we say! Not as we do". Why should the average South African worry about breaking these laws when those who are there to impose these laws have very little respect for them?
The idea behind this website is to expose those who have blatant disresepect for other road users and are no more than "school yard Bullies" only they do so while in control of a deadly weapon, their vehicles.
Please register and join the community who have had enough and only wish to get from point A to Point B safely.
